Summary:
Ticker plant system is one of the best systems for data delivery from world wide Exchanges in terms of speed and reliability. We are looking for an expert in Linux C++ who will join a team that is working on Exchange connectors software development

Responsibilities:
  • Writes and tests code for the required product
  • Gathers and produces requirements and designs
  • Accurately plans software development activities and follows established processes
  • Shares knowledge, mentors peers, listens and hears team members’ arguments and provides a fair evaluation of different opinions
  • Works productively as part of a software development team
  • Communicates effectively with management and with team members
  • Keeps commitments
  • Actively participates in discussions regarding technical issues
 
Education, Experience, Skills:
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 3+ years of C++ Object–oriented development in Linux environment
  • Experience in UNIX and Linux script languages
  • Demonstrated record of delivering high quality software products to market
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be a successful member of a team
  • Desired: knowledge and application of formal software development processes or methodologies, formal design notations like UML
  • Knowledge of spoken Russian language is a must
  • Basic English skills and ability to develop those skills
Working Conditions:
  • Job location: Samara, A. Tolstoy street
  • Office hours: 11:00 – 20:00
