Sales Admin & Receptionist

Summary:
 
The core purpose of this position is to provide support to the sales team as well as customers contributing to excellence in customer service
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Proficiency with CQG internal systems (training to be provided)
    • Creating & maintaining customer accounts & trading systems
    • Generating, maintaining & storing customer contracts
    • Generating sales reports
    • Basic understanding of our product offerings
  • Liaise with different internal departments to assist with customer enquiries
  • Assist with customer’s billing issues
  • Process new sales leads
  • Reception duties including greeting visitors and answering the telephone, handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain staff kitchen (coffee machine, dishwasher & fridge)
  • Place Internet order for kitchen supplies (weekly)
  • Order office/stationery supplies (monthly)
  • Book taxis and couriers
  • Maintain Intranet for Finance and Administration departments
  • Perform other duties as required
 
Education, Experience, Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management/customer service
  • Knowledge of CQG products a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • An ability to work independently and as a team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Quick to learn
  • Proactivity
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building
